Until a few years ago Meneu was a small community in which the residents were exclusively engaged in agriculture and livestock farming. Due to the stubbornness and hard work of the inhabitants, the once small village was transformed into a prosperous town.
Meneou is built 11 kilometers west of Larnaca and is about three kilometers from Kiti.
